Dietmar & Nicole Sawyere currently have a total of two Michelin Stars and 33 Gault Millau points with their restaurants in central Switzerland and they are thrilled to now have a casual gourmet restaurant in the worlds best mountain resort.... Zermatt !

For Ad Lib, Dietmar has decided to be spontaneous with the menu and cooking style, which also inspired the restaurant name. As always Dietmar sources the very best products available, with an emphasis on local products and then prepares them in the most appropriate style to the ingredient ....
