Ma Cuisine Spontanee

While originally from Switzerland, Dietmar had the privilege of living and working in eight countries around the world. In a career spanning over forty five years he has opened and operated thirty two restaurants ranging from simple cafes to Michelin starred restaurants.

For Ad Lib, Dietmar has decided to be spontaneous, which inspired the restaurant name. As always Dietmar sources the very best products available, with an emphasis on local products and then prepares them in the most appropriate style to the ingredient .... the menu changes regularly, so come in and see what they are "ad libing " this week.
